Congregation Kol Tikvah recently launched a new program that allows you to “Open your Bar/Bat Mitzvah door to other ‘dors’ (generations)”. Thanks to Ken and his genealogical research, The Remember Us: The Holocaust B’nai Mitzvah Project started last year at Kol Tikvah. The program offers bar and bat mitzvah children the opportunity to connect with the memory of Holocaust victims who died before reaching the ages of 12 and 13.
