Deborah Rutter is the Assistant Director of the Phylis J. Green ECC. Deborah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Education, both from the University of Florida. Deborah is a certified teacher, and she taught 4th and 5th grades for 8 years before starting a family. Deborah’s children attended the ECC, and then she joined the staff as the Specialist in 2013. Deborah loves working with the children and their families, and is grateful to be a part of such a wonderful program. Deborah lives in Parkland with her husband, Josh, and their two children, Sarah and Alex.
