Ali Kay joined Congregation Kol Tikvah in January of 2024 as our Youth Engagement and Marketing Associate.

Ali has loved working with children from a young age. Ali started working as a religious school teacher from 16 years of age. Ali received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Florida Gulf Coast University, and then received her Master’s degree from Miami Regional University. Post college, Ali worked as a teacher during the school year, and a camp counselor in the summer.

Ali enjoys immersing herself in the beauty world, video games, and baking. Ali is looking forward to her wedding in December of 2024, and making lifelong relationships with our congregants and staff.
