Congregation Kol Tikvah’s ARZA and Adult Education Committee is proud to present the 2022 Scholar in Residence weekend February 25-27, 2022 featuring Robbie Gringras speaking on “Hugging and Wrestling With Israel”! OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY!
Join us starting on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 7:30PM for Shabbat Services followed by a brief Oneg. Then listen to our first Scholar in Residence Presentation: THE FOUR QUESTIONS THAT ANSWER THE ISRAEL CONUNDRUM | A 90 MINUTE INTERACTIVE LECTURE. Open to the public.
Our weekend continues on Saturday evening, February 26, 2022 with a second Scholar in Residence presentation on: THE GATE SOLO THEATER PEFORMANCE| A 45 MINUTE PERFORMANCE, 30 MINUTES Q&A. Kindly RSVP if you plan on attending this performance.
Our weekend concludes on Sunday morning, February 27, 2022 with a final presentation from Robbie Gringras on: THE “O” WORD — HOW TO TALK ABOUT THE ISRAEL-PALESTINIAN CONFLICT | A 90 minute interactive lecture. Kindly RSVP if you plan on attending this performance.
ABOUT ROBBIE GRINGRAS
Robbie Gringras is a British-born Israeli living in the Galilee, working in education, performance, and writing. Since emigrating to Israel with a Literature degree from Oxford University, a teaching qualification, and his own theater company, he has trained hundreds of educators in generating honest complex connections to Israel.
